Pomegranate - Certified Organic

Certified organic pomegranates, in season now. 1 whole fruit. These are one of autumn's most special arrivals. Deep red, heavy in the hand and packed with thousands of jewel-like arils - tart, sweet and full of antioxidants. The kind of fruit that makes you slow down and appreciate the season. Eat the arils straight from the fruit, scatter over a warm roasted pumpkin salad, stir through a lamb braise, or muddle into a shrub or fresh juice. They also pair beautifully with dark chocolate, yoghurt or a simple bowl of porridge on a cool Northern Rivers morning. Store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or refrigerate whole for up to 2 months. Once you've opened the fruit, keep separated arils in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days - or freeze them. They freeze beautifully.
