This is that tea. Mild, earthy, and naturally caffeine-free, Navajo Tea has a gentle sweetness that needs nothing added — though a little honey never hurt. Steep it long, drink it slow. It's the kind of cup that feels like it's been waiting for you. How to brew: Simmer one tablespoon of loose leaf in 4–6 ounces of water for 5 minutes. The longer it simmers, the deeper the flavor. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
