Grand Pre Small Lot Chardonnay

Pornounced aromas of toast, cedar, ripe pear, white peach and pineapple. The palate is well concentrated with flavours of baked spiced apples and lemon curd that playfully give way to notes of toast and vanilla. There is a nice tension between freshness and richness with pleasing acidity, barrel notes and slight buttery finish. Enjoy this layered Chardonnay with a feed of Nova Scotian lobster dipped in butter with a side of creamy potato salad, a bowl of seafood chowder, roasted chicken or grilled pork chops.
