Experience the deeply restorative power of yoga nidra for healing, designed to guide your body into profound relaxation while supporting emotional and energetic balance. This recording was captured during a live class with Dr. Kathy Shafer, blending traditional guided yoga nidra with therapeutic sound and vibrational techniques. As you are led through gentle awareness and visualization, your nervous system is invited to reset, helping to release stored tension, calm the mind, and create space for natural healing to occur. This guided Yoga Nidra for manifestation and healing session invites you into a deeply restorative state of relaxation while gently activating your third chakra, the solar plexus. As you are guided through stillness, your body softens and your nervous system unwinds, creating space for clarity, confidence, and inner alignment to emerge. Subtle energetic focus is placed on the center of personal power and manifestation, helping you reconnect with your intentions from a calm, grounded state. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, centered, and quietly empowered, with a renewed sense of direction and inner ease. Feel free to listen to the first minute. https://limitlesspotentials.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Yoga-Nidra-2-Sample.mp3 YOGA NIDRA for Manifestation and Healing (ON-DEMAND) SESSION – How to Prepare Deep Rest • Nervous System Reset • Inner Awareness Falling Awake with Dr. Kathryn Shafer Limitless Potentials What Is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that brings the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. This state supports nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and access to deeper layers of healing and insight. How to Prepare Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Let others know that you will be unavailable and turn off your cell phone. Lie down on your back on a bed, couch, or yoga mat. Use a pillow, blanket, or bolster to fully support your body, and cover your eyes with a cloth or eye pillow. Wear comfortable clothing, as your body may cool as you relax. You may also use headphones for a more immersive experience. Before You Begin Take a moment to settle in. You may wish to set a simple intention (sankalpa), such as “I am calm,” “I am grounded,” or “I am here, ready.” During the Session Simply listen and follow the guidance. There is nothing to do or get right. If your mind wanders, gently return to the voice. If you fall asleep, that’s okay, your body still receives the benefits. Benefits May Include Deep relaxation and improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, nervous system balance, and increased clarity and emotional resilience. After the Session Give yourself a few moments to slowly reawaken. Notice how you feel before returning to activity. You may want to write in a journal anything you wish to remember, such as new insights or intentions. Hydrate and move gently if needed. A Gentle Reminder This is your time to rest, receive, and reset. Allow the practice to meet you exactly where you are.
