BroodMinder-T Internal Hive Monitor The BroodMinder-T is a slim internal hive monitor designed to measure temperature inside the hive, giving beekeepers a useful view of colony activity between inspections. Placed across the top of the brood or super frames, the sensor records heat produced by the bees as it rises through the hive. Over time, these temperature patterns can help indicate brood activity, colony development, unusual changes, and possible events such as swarming. This is a good entry-level BroodMinder option for beekeepers who want to start monitoring internal hive conditions without opening the hive as often. BroodMinder app access, MyBroodMinder accounts, subscriptions, cloud services, data storage and technical support are managed directly by BroodMinder. The BroodMinder-T can be read using the BroodMinder Bees app when you are within Bluetooth range of the device. Remote or automatic monitoring requires a compatible BroodMinder hub. Hub-based monitoring, alerts, dashboards and advanced features may require a paid BroodMinder subscription.
