HVE Level 3-certified estate in Beine, Marine Descombe harvests 40-year-old Chardonnay from Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils. Pneumatically pressed, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 4–6 months, then aged on fine lees — capturing pure chablis minerality.
