Hatsukokoro x Yoshikane nashiji SKD bunka 165mm
Hand-forged in Sanjo, Japan by Yoshikane Hamono for the Hatsukokoro brand, this 165mm bunka is a Japanese multipurpose knife with an SKD core and stainless cladding. The nashiji finish gives the blade a soft, textured appearance. SKD is a semi-stainless steel that sharpens easily and develops a patina at the edge over time, though slower than typical carbon steel. The reverse tanto tip adds precision for detail work.
