Each diamond, regardless of size or whether the customer opts for an international certificate, comes with a MOOGU gemological certificate. Lab-grown diamonds larger than 0.5 ct can, at the customer's request, also come with a GIA, HRD, or IGI certificate, according to preference. Engagement rings are made to order, and the order requires a minimum deposit of 50%. The deposit is non-refundable in case of order cancellation. Custom-made or personalized rings (engraving) cannot be returned. Free resizing: you benefit from a free resizing within 1 month from the date of purchase. This applies for a maximum of two sizes and only for models that allow adjustment. After this period, resizing will incur a fee (450 lei). Modifications that exceed the mentioned limits may require remaking the ring, and the cost will be borne by the customer. For this reason, there may be slight differences in shape, size, or color between the displayed product and the finished product ordered.
