Vignobles Bulliat - Morgon 'Nature' 2023

(Beaujolais, France) A biodynamic, no-sulfur-added expression of Gamay, this Morgon 'Nature' 2023 offers aromas of ripe blackberry and raspberry, complemented by floral notes and a hint of spice. On the palate, it presents a smooth, medium-bodied profile with soft tannins and a refreshing acidity, leading to a clean, mineral finish. Made by Noël and Loïc Bulliat, who run this family estate covering 27 hectares across 8 different crus in the heart of the Beaujolais region. The grapes are cultivated organically, and a minimal intervention approach is employed both in and out of the vineyard.
