Thrown and cut sided abstract tall vase

A slight change of angle on my textured surface . The 2nd vase with this theme , I cut the sides giving a faceted surface. During the making process, i introduced natural pigments into the wet clay, the piece was then glazed and fired to 1300 centigrade , with a reduction atmosphere, in which those impurities in the clay migrate to the surface give this piece its wonderful character . It has a wonderful waxy feel and look, almost frost like. Glazed inside for a water tight pot, ideal for wet or dry flowers.
