The $199 credit is applied directly to the purchase price of AURA at checkout. You simply pay the difference between the final retail price of AURA and the $199 credit. The final retail price will be announced on the official launch day. When will AURA ship? XREAL AURA launches in two waves: the US, UK, and Japan in Fall 2026, and the Europe shortly after. Redemption How do I use my XREAL AURA Launch Credit once AURA launches? 1. After purchasing the XREAL AURA Launch Credit, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your code. 2. When XREAL AURA officially launches, you will receive another email. Click the provided link to initiate your purchase, confirm your shipping address, and complete checkout. The $199 credit will automatically apply to your order total, or you can manually copy and apply your code at checkout. How long will the code remain active after the XREAL AURA launch? You have 30 days from the launch date in your region to complete checkout and apply the $199 launch credit. What happens if I don't redeem my reservation in time? If you do not complete checkout within the 30-day availability window, your reservation will be canceled. Your $99 will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. No action is required on your part. Does reserving guarantee I will get a device on launch day? How do I cancel my reservation? Log in to your XREAL account and click "Cancel" on the order page, or send an email to support@xreal.com that includes your order number. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. When will the full amount be charged? You will only be charged the remaining balance when you complete your final checkout after AURA has launched in your region. Prior to that, your card will only be charged for the $99 reservation. Regarding Sales Tax and VAT Sales tax or VAT is not charged on the $99 Launch Credit paid at the time of reservation. Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at the final checkout stage, based entirely on your shipping address. Terms & Limitations The Launch Credit is valid for XREAL AURA only. The Launch Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, store credit, or any other monetary equivalent. The Launch Credit cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, limited-time offers, bundles, or special pricing unless explicitly stated by XREAL. The Launch Credit is tied to the original purchase email address or customer account. The Launch Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Each customer account or email address is eligible for one reservation and one redemption only.
