Garofoli was founded in 1871. Podium is one of the leading examples of Verdicchio, from the best-known wine area of Marche, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC. It is made from 100% Verdicchio grown in the historic part of the denomination. A selection from the Podium vineyard's ten parcels, each vinified separately. These individual, parcel-specific microvinifications are transferred to concrete and steel vats to age for roughly 15 months before being blended and bottled. 13.5% ABV Drink now through 2030. 3,300 cases made, 300 cases imported.
