M14 Vacuum Fiber Optic Feedthrough ST or FC Connector

ST/FC Connectors Vacuum Fiber Optic Feedthrough M14 Flange These feed-throughs are designed for use with fibre optics in vacuum chambers, such as for plasma and coating deposition monitoring. They can be used in chambers with wall thicknesses of 5-40mm and vacuum levels up to 10-7 millibar. The feed-through assembly consists of an M14 housing with Viton® O-ring and two ST or FC fibre-optic interconnects to allow easy coupling to fibre-optic cables and probes. In order to connect these assemblies to fibre-optic cables inside/outside the chamber, two extra ST/FC fibre interconnects should be ordered separately. The vacuum feed-through can be delivered for all fibre diameters, from 50 μm up to 1000 μm for UV/VIS/NIR. A high-temperature version of the vacuum feedthrough (-HT) is also available, enabling the device to withstand temperatures up to 200°C.
