Sweet Chilli Shredded Chicken Sweet chili shredded chicken is a quick and easy frozen meal made from 100% chicken breast, shredded and coated in a flavourful sweet and mildly spicy chili sauce. Perfect for a fast, tasty, and wholesome meal anytime. Just heat and enjoy! INGREDIENTS Chicken (68%), Wheat Flour, Water, Corn Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch (Tapioca, E1412 E1442), Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Palm Oil, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Raising Agents (E450i, E500ii), Wheat Gluten, Dextrose. Allergy Advice: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in BOLD COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Cook from frozen Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C Place Fillets on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in the centre of oven for 20-25 mins. Remove from oven and serve Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 175°C. Place Fillets into a cooking basket then fry for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve. Air Fryer: 170°C for 15-18 minutes. Turnover half way for best result. Please ensure that the product is piping hot before serving.
