This is your starting point. ✨ Level 1 Combos is where you’ll build your foundation — learning the essential spins, transitions, and beginner moves that make pole click — then start linking them into your first satisfying combos. You’ll develop strength, grip, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Each class includes a guided warm-up, beginner-friendly conditioning, clear skill breakdowns, and short combos that tie everything together. Expect a mix of strength, sensuality, and flow — with plenty of encouragement along the way. No dance background or prior experience required.
