The Healthy You economy reusable hot/cold packs are designed with a fabric cover to easily help relieve soft tissue injuries with either hot or cold therapy The fabric cover is gentle on skin and does not need to be wrapped in a towel Gel stays flexible even when frozen Packs are reusable and durable enough for clinical use For cold therapy, store in the freezer and apply for no longer than 30 minutes For heat therapy, heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Continue heating in 20 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack after each heating.
