Genebre Art2120 Ductile Iron Grooved Butterfly Valve

The Genebre Art2120 ductile iron grooved butterfly valve provides reliable flow control for industrial piping systems, offering manual lever operation for sizes up to DN200 and gearbox operation for larger sizes.

• The valve body is constructed from GGG40 (EN-GJS-400) ductile iron and coated with RAL 3000 epoxy for corrosion resistance.
• Grooved ends comply with AWWA C606, and face-to-face dimensions follow MSS SP-67 / ASME B16.10 standards.
• The disc is made of ductile iron with an EPDM coating, and the stem is stainless steel 416 with PTFE packing and EPDM O-rings.
• Sizes up to DN200 are operated manually, while larger sizes use a gearbox. The ISO 5211 direct mount standard allows easy actuator or gearbox installation.
