Paul Dolan Cabernet Sauvignon

From Dylan at Little Thing Wine: Paul Dolan was a legend in the California wine industry, spending decades as a winemaker and evangelist for organic and biodynamic growing practices. He passed away in 2023 after a long fight with cancer, but his name is still synonymous with the forefront of sustainable farming in California. Paul Dolan Vineyards still lives on, and still makes delicious organically-grown wine like this bottle. There are not many producers making estate-certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon in Mendocino. There are certainly even fewer who make it at an approachable price point. Paul Dolan Vineyards Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from two single vineyard sites in the heart of Mendocino County, La Ribera Vineyard and Home Ranch Vineyard. Defined by proximity to the Russian River and Mayacamas mountains, La Ribera Vineyard is a patchwork of soils; The Home Ranch Vineyard rests on benchland just under a mile from the river. The blend of these two vineyards produces a Cabernet that’s generously fruited, but still nicely structured. Check out our FAQs! Wednesdays we try to deliver north of the ship canal and Magnolia. Thursdays south of it. If either day is sold out don’t be shy about ordering for the other day, we’d love to bring you pizza! Saturday is for pickups at our Sodo Production Kitchen (3810 Airport Way S, 98108) from 12pm-4pm. Tuesdays we deliver to West Seattle/Burien/White Center/Seatac and Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond/Mercer Island. If you are ordering alcohol you’ll need to be available to for us to check your ID during delivery.
