A soft, pillowy salted caramel marshmallow, dipped in 36% caramelised white chocolate and finished with a delicate sprinkle of Opito Bay salt crystals. At the heart of it is Opito Bay Salt — harvested by hand from one of the cleanest beaches in New Zealand, with a natural minerality that gives this caramel a depth that ordinary salt simply can't match.
