Frederik Bille Brahe is the first cookbook devoted to Apollo, his museum restaurant located in the courtyard of the historical art institution Kunsthal Charlottenborg in Copenhagen. Together with head chef Yuta Kurahashi, Frederik shares 104 recipes in Apollo’s signature style.
