We found this new varietal in the gorgeous valley of Yakima Chief's FWD program, climbing amongst the bines. Species 1183 wastes no time showing off rugged notes of citrus and stonefruit, playfully bouncing between tangerine, guava, and nectarine. Beneath the surface however, lies a more mischievous side, as we've also documented light hints of cannabis and pine amongst the lively carbonation.
