Produced exclusively from our own estate in Hampshire, our first Blanc de Blancs is a stunning blend based on the 2018 harvest (one of our best yet), with optimum climatic conditions and terroir expression. Made as a tribute to the modern history and essence of Hambledon Vineyard: the finest Chardonnay grapes coming from our historic vineyard. After maturing on its lees for more than four years, there is an immediate sense of freshness, full of orchard fruit aromas and dancing with creamy apple, quince, brioche and vanilla on the palette, finishing on a ripple of vivacity- the hallmark of all the best English Sparkling Wines.
