Aviator Bund The aviator bund is a classic look elevated with premium Horween Chromexcel leather. This pad portion of the strap is lined with a thin supple layer of leather and stitched for extra comfort. The strap is around 4mm thick. Pad dimensions are 50mm width x 100mm length Premium Strap An expert artisan hand stitches every thread and hand punches each hole in this double layered leather strap. Aviator Straps Aviator straps are styled after classic pilot watch strap designs and made with premium Horween Leathers Stitching and Edge Paint Guide Stitching Colors - Note most example straps photographed on site are stitched in brown, black or natural. We use a Japanese Bonded thread for handstitching. On premium straps we also offer an upgrade to Irish Linen thread, which is a tightly wound natural linen thread that offers a slightly different stitch appearance and dressier look.
