Aller-Retour is an abstract composition with geometric and dynamic, angular components. Bright cyan-blues, oranges, and yellows. No camera was used for the compositional forms; however, the source of undulating, nebulous background texture is a photograph. I maintain a folder of photos of "textures." (If you see a guy out photographing bark, snow, water, wood, stone, rust, or sand, that might be me.)
