Dates: September 12-13, 2026 Location: Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Airport, 7880 Cote-De-Liesse, Montreal, QC Class size: Limited to 12 students Itinerary: Saturday, Sept 12: 9:30 am: Arrival coffee, tea and treats! (Coffee served all day) 10:00 am- 12:30pm: Opening session: Lecture on Tom’s work and caricature theory, drawing and exaggerating features, practical application; Demonstration of Tom’s MAD magazine illustration process 12:30 pm- 1:30 pm: Lunch Break (On own, not included) 1:30 pm- 3:00 pm: Afternoon session– Hands on drawing of multiple subjects, feature lessons, individual and class critiques 3:00 pm- 3:30 pm: Afternoon break 3:30 pm -6:00 pm: Evening session: Continued lessons on features, multiple subject examination and drawing, one-on-one instruction and critique Sunday, Sept 13: 9:30 am: Arrival coffee, tea and treats! Assorted other goodies Your live caricature drawn by Tom This deposit guarantees you a spot in the workshop, and is fully refundable through June 11h. After June 12th the deposit becomes non refundable, and you will be billed for the US$450 (or Canadian equivilent) balance which will be due on July 12th. Refund policy: After June 12th all payments are nonrefundable. However if you have to cancel we will make every effort to fill your spot in the workshop with another student. If we can do they, your deposit and balance payments will be fully refunded.
