Here's a very old Gentleman hand puppet from the world renown Punch and Judy Puppet Show! Gentleman's wooden head is nicely carved and beautifully hand painted. The expression on his face is remarkable. His hands and leg are also finely crafted from wood. This puppet was made in Germany circa late 19th Century! The puppet shows heavy wear with small chips, scuffs, paint loss, spots, discoloration, small holes on the costume, open seams and other age and use marks. Note that the right leg and one foot of the left leg are missing. Certainly a conversation piece full of charm and personality! Condition: Used and pre-owned antique puppet.
