Hallertau Tradition 2023 100g Hop Pellets

Hallertau Tradition is a German hop made from Huell. It was first introduced to the market in 1993. Aroma/Taste: Lemon, oregano, apricot, lily of the valley and cognac Alternative hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh Recommended beer styles: Pils, Bock and various wheat beers Country of origin: Germany Vintage: 2023 Alpha acid content: 5.6% Package size: 100 grams Packaging: The hops are gently weighed, nitrogen flushed and sealed in light-tight aluminum-coated packaging for optimal shelf life. Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen that would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method lowers the oxygen content in the bag to 0.6-0.8% oxygen which is very good for preserving quality/taste/aroma. The hop bag is stored cool at <4 degrees Celsius. The opened bag is squeezed together and closed with a ziplock for further storage in the refrigerator.
