KNX EIB cable HCHM 2x2x0.8 - 100m (halogen-free)
KNX EIB HCHM cable 2x2x0.8 - 100m - halogen-free Thanks to the increased test voltage and marking, this cable is particularly suitable for transmitting bus signals in building automation systems, especially for the European Installation Bus (EIB). The EIB bus cable is certified by the EIBA under number 1/39/92 and meets the requirements for bus cables in the DIN VDE 0829 and EN 5009-2 standards. EIB bus cables can be installed on, in and under plaster, in pipes and cable ducts, in dry, damp and wet rooms and outdoors - provided that they are protected from direct sunlight. They can be routed alongside or in contact with high-voltage lines. For the EIB installation bus, only one pair of wires (red/white) is required, which carries the voltage and data telegrams of the KNX bus. The second pair of wires serves as a reserve for auxiliary power or for special purposes.
