It is known and appreciated for its digestive, respiratory, and antimicrobial properties. With its calming and stimulating aroma, anise essential oil is frequently used in aromatherapy, and has been known to help relieve bloating, spasmodic coughs, indigestion, and flatulence. Suggested Usage: For occasional use only. For topical use, mix 5 drops in 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of a carrier oil such as jojoba oil prior to applying on the skin. Apply to a small body area only, 1 to 3 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until solution vanishes. Do not use undiluted. Warnings: Keep anise oil out of reach of children.
