Your Heirloom Reclaim Evaluation includes the initial review and physical assessment of the jewelry pieces you’re considering for redesign. This process may include: intake and documentation of your submitted pieces insured inbound shipping coordination material review and testing stone removal if needed for evaluation assessment of what may be reused in a future custom design review of whether eligible gold or materials may be applied as store credit If you choose to move forward, a separate design deposit will be collected to begin the custom design process. Gold trade-in value is offered as store credit only and is determined after physical evaluation based on weight, purity, and current market value.
