blazer, silk/linen twill

unlined, unstructured blazer made from a 56% silk / 44% linen twill from japan. deep black shade. one of my favorite fabrics i've ever worked with, just an incredible drape/bounce/texture to it, the sweet spot of weight + fiber content + weave that results in a totally specific, unique feeling. has a dry, slightly textured hand with some silk neps on the surface. a lot of ~surface character~, if you'll spare me the indulgence. boxy, relaxed fit, but not too oversized. black corozo buttons. two welt pockets with flaps. this piece will be made later than other pieces in the collection, as i'm waiting on a shipment of the fabric which should be here end of may. so expect to receive your blazer sometime in the back half of june. take the size you normally wear in men's shirts/coats - if between sizes or unsure, size up. approx. measurements (see 'about' page for info on how i measure): size S: 21.5" chest, 28" length, 17" shoulders size M: 23.5" chest, 29" length, 18.5" shoulders size L: 24.5" chest, 30" length, 19.75" shoulders size XL: 26" chest, 31" length, 20" shoulders alec is 5'10" and wearing a size L (he's typically a size M so he's sized up) lucia is 6' and wearing a size L (she's typically a size M so she's sized up)
