Just about everyone knows that beef liver is a nutritional powerhouse, packed with of iron, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and copper. BUT did you know that liver from grass-fed cattle has four times the phytonutrients as livers from grain-fed beef cattle?! (You can read about it here). Our beef livers are sold whole as a unit and average about 1.5kg in weight. This product is available whole or minced. PLEASE NOTE: Liver is only available with the purchase of a quarter, half or whole beast.
