The Power2Fly Colibri All-Terrain Trike is the rugged counterpart to the Colibri Light, designed for pilots who operate from grass strips, uneven fields, sand, and off-airport terrain where additional stability and ground handling are essential. While the Colibri Light focuses on ultra-portable minimalism, the Colibri All-Terrain version is engineered to provide a more robust platform with increased ground clearance, wider stance geometry, and oversized all-terrain tires. Equipped with large, low-pressure tundra-style wheels, the Colibri All-Terrain Trike rolls smoothly over rough ground, reducing vibration and improving takeoff performance on imperfect surfaces. The wider wheelbase and longer wheel track provide excellent lateral stability during taxi, takeoff roll, and landing, making it an excellent choice for newer pilots, heavier pilots, or anyone flying from challenging terrain. Constructed from a durable combination of stainless steel and aluminum, the frame is designed to withstand real-world use while maintaining a manageable overall weight. The structure is reinforced in key load areas to handle higher loads and rougher operating environments without compromising performance. An optional foot throttle system is available, allowing pilots to keep both hands on the brakes and risers during takeoff, improving control, safety, and overall launch consistency—especially in no-wind or light-wind conditions. Like the Colibri Light, the Colibri All-Terrain Trike is designed to work with most foot-launch paramotors, allowing pilots to quickly convert their existing unit into a stable trike platform while maintaining the flexibility to switch back to foot launch when desired.
