The Aquatike Track: Toddler Discovery (Ages 2–3+) Focused on building water confidence and independent movement through play-based learning. Aquatike I: Foundational Focus: Establishing comfort and introducing early submersions. Key Skills: Seated entries, assisted jump-ins, bubble blowing, and barbell kicks. Graduation Milestone: 2m "Reach & Pull" swim, 10s face underwater, and a 5s independent back float. Aquatike II: Progression Focus: Mastering independent movement and safety techniques. Key Skills: Streamline kicking, "windmill" arm drills, and the vital "fall-and-float" safety maneuver. Graduation Milestone: 3m swim with windmill arms and an independent rollover breath. Aquatike III: Advanced Toddler Focus: Increasing distance and refining technical body position. Key Skills: Back gliding, side breathing, and introductory elementary backstroke. Graduation Milestone: 6m swim with rollover breaths and a 6m independent back glide. The Preschool Track: Stroke Prep (Ages 4–6) Designed to bridge the gap between water play and formal competitive stroke development. Preschool I: Core Skills Focus: Building a strong foundation of buoyancy and stroke mechanics. Key Skills: Face floats, 10s back floats, and kick-and-glide drills with kickboards. Graduation Milestone: 3m windmill arm swim and a consistent 10s independent back float. Preschool II: Safety & Technique Focus: Advanced water safety and introduction to complex strokes. Key Skills: 6m streamline kicks, breaststroke prep (whip kicks), and standing dives. Graduation Milestone: 6m swim with independent rollover breaths and 6m elementary backstroke.
