Sushi and Handroll Classes: June 2026
Join us for our sushi and handroll class! Learn how to make various sushi forms and handrolls like a sushi chef! James Beard Nominated Chef Tracy Chang has worked with acclaimed Japanese sushi chefs from o ya, 2008 New York Times' Best Restaurant in the U.S. Our PAGU team will teach you the secrets to making traditional sushi rice, unique sauces you see in fine dining restaurants, and even how to torch! *This is not a physical product. When checking in for the class, please have the email confirmation ready to present. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email us at classes@gopagu.com prior to the class date so we can adequately prep any accommodations. This class does not require any previous cooking experience. Children are welcome as ticketed students. Young children under 10 must be supervised. Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class. Gluten-free and vegan offerings will be available. PAGU is a nut-free establishment.
