Smooth and well balanced, this sauce pairs naturally with poached salmon, asparagus and eggs Benedict. It is also a good match for steamed white fish or simply poured over new potatoes. Ideal for serving with poached or grilled salmon, white fish such as cod or haddock, or steamed vegetables. Warm gently before serving rather than boiling, to keep the texture smooth.
