The result is blonde hair which keeps its strength and elasticity making it less prone to breakage. Bond Enforcing Lifting Cream comes in 6 shades that can be intermixed with all BLONDME Toning, Lifting and White Blending shades: Ash Clear Ice—cool blonde with anti-yellow effect. Ice-Irise Sand—true, natural blonde. Steel Blue—ideal for ultimate neutralising. Mix in equal parts (1:1) with Schwarzkopf BLONDME Premium Developer. Processing time is 15–30 minutes.
