Datura - Janson Anaerobic Washed Green Tip Gesha 982 - Volcan, Panama - 100g

Datura is one of the roasters that I bring on the most. I really like their roasting and sourcing. Everything we've had, from high end Panama lots to more 'standard' African lots have been top notch! Roast Profile: On the slightly more developed end of ultralight (somewhere between Nordic and UL). They roast on a Stronghold S07. Kinda similar to Gout & Co's roast level, but a different presentation of flavor. Still recommend at least 4 weeks (but probably 5-6 weeks) of rest for this one! Why did we bring this coffee on? This is one of 4x Janson lots that Datura is about to drop. We're getting a bit of early access, so we don't have all the deets on it, but it's an interesting one!
