The main stone, an iron-rich tiger’s eye, carries deep bands of gold, brown, and black that shimmer subtly as light moves across it. It feels strong, grounding, and full of quiet power. Below it rests a fossil coral stone, where the ancient calices of coral polyps are still clearly visible—tiny structures that once housed living organisms in warm, shallow seas millions of years ago. I’m always in awe of fossil coral, formed when calcium carbonate skeletons are gradually replaced by silica over time, preserving the structure in stone. I added a small carnelian bead above to bring warmth and vitality, balancing earth and fire energy within the piece. I designed this nature inspired jewelry piece using intricate micromacramé knotwork with earthy tones and woven leaf patterns to give it a forest-like, organic feel. The adjustable tie in the back allows me to wear it comfortably at different lengths. This is a bold, expressive talisman—something I wear when I want to feel connected to deep time, natural strength, and the living history of the Earth.
