Attractions’ iconic engineer boots, the Lot 444, are built on a beautifully balanced last inspired by original patterns from the 1950s–1970s. The silhouette stays true to that era—clean, purposeful, and unmistakably classic. Crafted from Italian horsebutt leather, they start off firm and structured, but quickly soften and mold to your foot with wear. Over time, the leather develops a rich “tea-core” patina, revealing character beneath the surface. With a full leather sole and heel pad, they’re surprisingly comfortable from the start and don’t require a harsh break-in. Finished with a non-slip rubber sole and heel, these are built for everyday heavy wear—or for the road on a motorcycle. This special edition follows the original Lot 444 construction, now updated with a new outsole and Moto-san handmade brass buckles. Subtle changes, but they elevate the entire boot. Features: -A010Specialty Last (sleek rounded toe with a comfortable arch support) - Black Veg-tanned Italian horse butt leather - Goodyear flat welted - 11'' pull-on style - Brass Matt finished roller buckle adjusters hand punched and designed by the Artist Moto san in Tokyo. - Double stitching throughout - Rolled top - Full leather insole with leather heel pad - - BILTBUCK's new original designed separate oil proof & non-slip heavy duty sole and heel - Made in Japan About Hideo Motokie — MOTO A pioneering Japanese leather artist, he founded MOTO in 1971, elevating leather from craft to art. Entirely self-taught, he developed a singular language that merges the quiet nostalgia of Norman Rockwell with the realism of European figurative tradition. His work transcends conventional leather goods, existing instead as a refined expression of material, memory, and time—positioning MOTO as not just a brand, but a lifelong artistic practice. Sizing reference: Please stand up and ensure your body weight is evenly distributed on your feet, allowing them to fully stretch for accurate measurements. 1. Stand on a piece of paper. 2. Hold the pencil vertically at a 90-degree angle to the paper and trace the outline of your foot. 3. Measure the length by drawing a straight line touching the furthest point of your toes and the back of your heel. 4. Measure the width by drawing straight lines along the widest part of your forefoot. 5. To ensure accuracy, trace your foot two or three times, then calculate the average length and width. The biggest challenge is getting your ankle into the boots. If you have a very high instep, consider choosing one size larger than the size we recommended above (though the length may feel slightly long). Alternatively, if needed, use a metal boot stretcher (as shown below) to stretch the instep or vamp for 24 hours before wearing the boots. This stretcher is officially recommended by the boot maker, Attractions Co. You can easily find it on amazon. If you have more questions about sizing, please feel free to ask us. Please always read our return and exchange policy before placing an order.
