Donn Zver, Throwing Class, The Next Step. Throwing Class Overview We all get to a point in our journey with clay that we hit a plateau. We need to move to the next step. This 8 week workshop with Donn Zver will help you move to the next level. This class is not a keeping class, it is a practicing class. This session is intend to help you further develop your skill. We will work on throwing cylinders, bowls and Cover Jars. You will need to have completed 2 sessions at the School of Pottery or another recognized School to attend. To be in this class, centring skills are necessary. We will break up the class into 2 groups, depending on your skills and I will work with you on the best direction for you to achieve your goals. Participating in this class promises an enjoyable experience for everyone, with the opportunity to achieve some impressive outcomes in your journey with clay. Workshop Term: 8 weeks Workshop Instructor: Donn Zver Registration Fee: $385.00 per person clay & pottery tools sold separately. Attendance Attending the workshop is the responsibility of the registrant. No refunds or credits are issued for missing the event. Registrant Withdrawal Requests No refunds or credits will be granted for registrant withdrawal requests made during the workshop (after the start date). Registrant withdrawal requests made in advance of two (2) weeks prior to workshop start date are eligible for a full refund or credit. Registrant withdrawal requests made within two (2) weeks or less of the workshop start date are eligible for a refund or credit less a 20% administration fee. Inclement Weather Conditions In the event of inclement weather, the Donn Zver School of Pottery will make a decision whether to cancel workshop or not. If a workshop cancellation is issued, the School will make very effort to reschedule the class. Inclement weather closures will be posted on the home page of the School of Pottery website or students will receive an email notification.
