A fruit preserve and jam are the same product, just with a different name. However it's called, it is made with the whole fruit: skin, flesh, and seeds. R.E. Kimball's Beach Plum Jam is made with plums from a family farm in New Jersey. Bake with it, spread it on toast and butter. A wonderful summertime fruit. For 70 years, R.E. Kimball has crafted jams and preserves, pepper jellies, chutneys, marmalades and relishes using simple, real food ingredients in small batch production. Only and always all natural.
