Massive Vintage French Braiser

A rare, 45lb braiser with it's original broiling pan lid! Our best estimate is that this French piece dates to the 1950s, and was probably manufactured by Gaillard Paris or Mauviel, both of which were contracted to supply unmarked pieces to be sold in department and restaurant supply stores. Restored and in excellent vintage condition. Minor scratches are consistent with age and use. Oven not big enough? Repurpose this amazing piece as an ice bucket and charcuterie tray!
