Crafted from 100% Cork-grown barley, this Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is triple distilled in copper pot stills at Clonakilty Distillery and matured in our Atlantic Ocean Warehouse, where the sea air shapes every drop. The journey begins with maturation in ex-Bourbon and Amontillado casks alongside Oloroso Sherry casks, layering the spirit with sweet vanilla, kiwi, caramelised pear, and rich dark chocolate. The final chapter, an 11-month finish in Marsala casks, adds a warm, fruit-forward depth that is entirely its own.
