Ernedis Rodriguez has been a producer we've purchased from for 7 years now, and we always purchase the lot that produces the bulk of his yearly income -- a Caturra dominant field blend. Ernedis has made substantial upgrades to his operation over the last several years, which continues to show in the cup. Expect a very juicy cup laden with fruit character, along with a fairly prominent jasmine finish -- an interesting departure from the norm for this coffee.
