Cooking Class, Lebanese Dinner!

Not sure? sign up here for more information Depending on attendance, there will be hands-on work in the Cafe Kitchen with Tony. Minimum 8-12 attendees for a class, or we reserve the right to reschedule (but of course will contact you first.) You’ll learn about the dishes and how to make them yourself using high-quality ingredients. You'll become comfortable with the authentic cooking techniques, as we share contemporary twists on classic favorites. All recipes included! What To Expect: You'll sit together at the cafe tables in groups of 2-4, joining Tony in our commercial kitchen for various dishes as appropriate. Classes are 2 hours, starting at 3:30, ... AND if you cannot attend, and just want to get Takeout for Two for exactly the same price! you now can pick up at 6 PM after the class, but you must pre-order below! Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class. Our recipes use common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please let us know before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class. Credits & rescheduling are at Black Cat's sole discretion.
