This class is relaxed, informative, and perfect for food lovers who want to learn without cooking themselves. On the menu: Thai Fish Cakes Som Tum - Green Papaya Salad Pad See Ew - Thai Stir Fried Noodles with Pork Massaman Beef Curry Black Sticky Rice Pudding A deliciously fun and practical class for anyone who loves Thai flavours and wants to bring them to life at home. As always, the session is demonstration-based with tastings of all dishes on the day, and recipes to take home so you can recreate the dishes with ease. Date: Saturday 11th July 2026 Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm Cost: $150.00 per person (or purchase two tickets for any class and receive 20% off). Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. Maximum of 10 participants. By booking you accept the following terms and conditions: 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
