Taste Local Series: Malivoire Meets Elora Distilling Company Part one of our new Taste Local series, where we collaborate with some of our favourite makers in the Ontario food and drink community. Want to be part of a one of a kind culinary experience in Elora? Join us for an evening by the stills, where a five-course menu unfolds at a long table, each dish designed to highlight the space between wine and spirits, and how they blend together to create something memorable. Chef James Stephenson’s menu leans into the brightness of early summer, with each course incorporating our spirits in delightful ways. Alongside, a curated selection of wines from Malivoire Wine Company (Beamsville Bench VQA) will be poured throughout the evening, each pairing chosen to complement, contrast, and elevate the flavours on your plate. Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through each course by a Malivoire sommelier, our Founding Distiller Paul Lachowich, and Chef James; sharing the stories and intent behind every pairing as it’s presented. Vegetarian substitutions are available with advance notice. Due to the inclusion of alcohol, we ask that guests arrange for safe transportation home.
