This may be particularly noticeable for females who train regularly and have more developed arm muscles. The fabric will naturally give and soften over time with wear and washing. For this reason, we do NOT recommend sizing up, as doing so may result in a neckline that becomes too loose and affects the overall fit. Stay warm. Move freely. Train longer.
