If I can ship your items cheaper, I will do so. I do refund for shipping costs over $1 of actual shipping cost. I ship by USPS by either first class, parcel post or priority mail, depending on the shipping cost and fee. If your shipping payment covers the cost of priority mail, then your package will be shipped by priority mail. I am happy to provide insurance or expedited shipping as necessary to meet your needs, just ask for an invoice for extra services. Please provide a current address.
